Education and Certifications:
With over 10,000 hours of coaching experience on the gym floor, I’ve helped more than 1,000 individuals lose weight, tone their bodies, and overcome chronic pain and nagging injuries.
Over the years, I’ve seen a pattern in the fitness industry — too many trainers equate a “good workout” with how exhausted you feel when it’s over.
That approach prioritizes intensity over intention and often stems from ego, not expertise.
My philosophy is different.
Every exercise, every rep, and every phase of your plan is built with precision and purpose — to help you move better, get stronger, and sustain your results for the long run.
This isn’t about chasing fatigue; it’s about building a body that performs, adapts, and lasts.
TRAINING BACKGROUND
Starting to work under your guidance 6 months ago has really been life changing. I am stronger now than I have been for years. Nikki has without a doubt helped ski at a higher level. Thank you and I totally wish I had started this earlier than 58 years old.

Nikki has helped open up my joints and increase my mobility. He’s really helped me continue my passion of snowmobiling and being active outdoors.

Nikki has been great to work with and has helped out a ton with my chronic ankle issues and getting back to snowboarding. He's been a big part of my journey to become pain-free, and the ongoing work we are doing gives me confidence that I will not reinjure my ankle again.

During the 3-day movement exploration we work together to measure your strengths and the areas of improvement that lead you towards your physical freedom. At the end of your exploration program, if we are a good fit for each other, we will begin training!
