My Hobbies
For over 10 years, I’ve helped busy professionals, athletes, and outdoor-driven individuals build strength, eliminate pain, improve mobility, and reclaim their confidence through personalized training and recovery systems.
My background spans Division I Strength & Conditioning, Physical Therapy settings, Athletic Training, and Private Sector Performance Coaching — with more than 10,000 hours spent coaching people on the gym floor.
But what I’ve learned most is this:
Most people don’t need more punishment, exhaustion, or “hardcore” workouts.
They need a smarter, more intentional approach.
As a personal trainer, my role goes far beyond exercise. I help you create a body that supports the life you want to live — whether that means skiing without pain, hiking with confidence, improving performance, building strength, increasing longevity, or simply feeling capable and energized again.

During the 3-day movement exploration we work together to measure your strengths and the areas of improvement that lead you towards your physical freedom. At the end of your exploration program, if we are a good fit for each other, we will begin training!
